A new ‘electromagnetically opaque sleeve’ designed to block radio frequency signals and deter unauthorized reading of contactless FIPS 201 cards was approved by the GSA. The new addition to the Approved Products List is a rigid badge holder from the Menlo Park, California based engineering services firm, Exponent.
